Payment Guide: How to Pay via PayNow
Thank you for shopping with us! To keep our operating costs low and offer you the best possible prices, we process payments directly via PayNow QR Code using WhatsApp confirmation.
Our checkout process is completely secure, and no credit card is required to place an order. Follow this simple 4-step guide to complete your purchase:
Step 1: Secure Your Order at Checkout
Browse our store, add your favorite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. When you reach the Payment section, select "Pay via PayNow QR Code (Invoice via Email/WhatsApp)" and click Complete Order.
💡 Note: Your items are instantly reserved for you the moment you click complete. You will not be asked to enter any card numbers.
Step 2: Get Your PayNow QR Code
Once your order is successfully placed, you will see a confirmation screen.
-On Desktop/Mobile: Click the green WhatsApp link displayed on your screen to instantly message our support team.
-Your chat message will automatically include your unique Order Number (e.g., #1001) so we can look up your invoice immediately.
-Our team will reply directly to your WhatsApp chat with our official business PayNow QR Code and total outstanding amount.
Step 3: Scan & Transfer
1. Save or screenshot the PayNow QR code sent to you on WhatsApp.
2. Open your preferred banking app (DBS PayLah!, OCBC Digital, UOB TMRW, etc.).
3.Choose the Scan & Pay option and upload/scan our QR code.
4.Verify that the registered recipient name matches our company entity before confirming the transfer.
Step 4: Share Screenshot & Relax!
Once your payment is successful, take a screenshot of your bank transaction receipt and reply to our WhatsApp chat with the screenshot.
As soon as our team verifies the transfer, we will mark your order as "Paid" in our system. You will receive an automatic email notification, and we will begin packing your order for delivery!
❓ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How long do I have to make the payment? We will hold your manual order reservations for 24 hours. If payment confirmation is not received via WhatsApp within 24 hours, your order will be automatically cancelled so the inventory can be released to other shoppers.
Is this payment method secure? Yes. Because you are transferring money directly through your own secure banking app via Singapore's official PayNow network, your personal banking data and card details are never exposed to third-party sites.
What if I need a refund? If an item is out of stock or you qualify for a refund under our Return Policy, your money will be transferred directly back to your mobile number/UEN via PayNow within 1–3 business days.
